Literally the worst experience I have had with this brand. First, the move in was literally two smaller units instead of one bigger unit as I had thought it would be. They fixed that for me, but it cost more to have the same square footage with one unit. I should have know that was a red flag. Today in the mail I got a rate increase of 100%.
