During this stressful time in my life, Darren and Kim were really helpful in do many ways to accommodate this struggling mother. Today, I was in My 10 by tin's door unit that I have had since December, and a nice gentleman by the name of Darren who works for the storage company, stopped and greeted me and asked me if there is anything that he could do to make my experience better. Rental process was smooth and speedy. Unit was squeaky clean. The associate Darren was knowledgeable and helpful—would highly recommend.

They said it was a 5x10 unit. This is not the measurements of the unit. It's maybe 4 foot wide max and at most 9 foot long. Does not seem like a lot of difference but it is. The company website was misleading and being unable to reach anyone to correct the issue. Prepaid for 4 months for a unit that was not what it said it was.
