Today, I was in My 10 by tin's door unit that I have had since December, and a nice gentleman by the name of Darren who works for the storage company, stopped and greeted me and asked me if there is anything that he could do to make my experience better. They said it was a 5x10 unit. This is not the measurements of the unit. It's maybe 4 foot wide max and at most 9 foot long. Does not seem like a lot of difference but it is. The company website was misleading and being unable to reach anyone to correct the issue. Prepaid for 4 months for a unit that was not what it said it was. I was actually looking online at this storage website and I was shocked at how much storage costs these days and I was also trying to pack and move all at the same time & I didn’t finish the application and the very sweet and helpful lady that works for storage express called me and said she noticed that I started an application but hadn’t finished it & she asked if there was anything she could do to help and I explained my situation and she got me right in there in a bigger unit that I was looking at and because it was Labo... read more
Great spot away from the busy streets, right outside of town...on your way out of town anyway.
They are very nice people. No one was Rude at all and they were super helpful. The only thing I had a slight irritation about was after I rented the unit my phone was bombarded with calls to see if they could do anything to make my moving in easier. But that is just good customer service. So I will highly recommend this company to anyone that has storage needs
