These guys will rip you off, their "auto-pay" is a scam. It works maybe once or twice and randomly fails so they can charge you late fees. None of my other services have a problem with it. I'll be looking for a new storage unit with a different company ASAP.
Ms. Shirley was an absolute joy and made the move in process seamless! Her customer service skills are impeccable, I highly recommend this facility.
