Highly recommend! Never an issue that couldn’t be solved with a simple phone call. Have always been treated with respect and treated as being just as important as anyone else. Simple and easy! Always clean and ready for my stuff! No problems yet and I don’t expect to have any in the future! Great group of people.
So far it's been great. Customer service is great. Access was easy. I haven't moved out yet, but I received a great promo price for a month. Only negative is that the ceiling of unit is wire fencing that could be cut into easily. I'm sure they have good cameras, but if someone got out with it then you still could lose your things even if it's covered. Otherwise it's a great storage unit.
Easy to identify and select the best unit and time frame for our needs. Even easier to do it online. Staff interactions have been wonderful.

Wow. The nightmares that I have heard about this place, and the poor management and scheduling that I encountered with my boyfriend on Saturday have made sure that I will steer clear of this business. My boyfriend rented a unit a few days prior to trying to enter the storage space, and when we all arrived to begin storing items, our storage unit was locked... with someone else's stuff inside of it!
