Was able to get a storage unit here in an emergency. Good communication and clean units. My only set back was that my unit somehow lost its lock but the manager communicated and reached out in a timely manner to let me know so I could make the proper arrangements.
I had a lot of questions and both Teri and Liz were both true professionals and bent over backwards to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I was very satisfied with the time and patience they had. What a great experience!
Liz was great in helping us navigate storage the first. The storage came as advertised- highly recommend!

Jessica was clear and helpful on the phone. She was not at the facility itself, but had the information in front of her and was quick to call a nearby Extra Storage facility to get the necessary information to answer a question. I gave 4 stars as they didn't have the size unit I needed available, which will likely be a problem when I move in my belongings next week. I have not seen the unit or facility yet.
