I used Extra Space storage in Bethalto. The facility was very clean. Savanah was Excellent. She would call and let you know if you forgot to lock your space. I would give then 5stars and recommend them.
By far the best experience ever! Due to human error earlier in the day, my unit was not able to open upon my arrival. I was able to use the kiosk because this was after the store clerk was gone for the day. The service rep Shan, was able to transfer me to another unit, so we were able to unload. The location is updated so you are able to use the app to open the gate as well.
Very clean and spacious storage area plus the customer service person was super helpful and efficient.
Candis was a fantastic employee answering every question she keeps a very clean facility would highly recommend talking with her about any storage unit needs
Manager called me to verify my reservation and didn’t want to honor the special they had quoted on website. It’s posted that 1st month is free with 6mo lease, he tried to tell me the last month was free not the first I cancelled my reservation if they can’t honor what they have advertised how can I trust them to honor anything else much less my things that would be stored at there facility.
