They have been very helpful and easy to work with. I ran into an issue recently and they helped me resolve it, even offering me a couple of options in order to keep my unit. I really appreciated it. Nick was very nice and got it taken care of for me right away!
My company rents four lockers from Lincoln location. It’s been years now and we have no complaints. They even offer other options that reduce our expenses. And personally, the employees I dealt with are awesome. I have no complaints and would recommend this Location to anyone
Great customer service. Clean and dry units. Very secure as well.
Eric was very helpful at the Storage Express location in Lincoln. He assisted me in unlocking my unit and even checked to make sure it was locked after I left. I have never had any type of issue with Storage Express.
Nice facility! The gated facility gives me a little more sense of security which is nice. Have one complaint with the fact of there is no lights inside the units. For the price paid for the unit, would be nice to have a light and an electrical plug. Other than that, all is well!
