I recommend going somewhere else. Yes location is "secure" but it's basically nothing more than an insect infested garage. Plan on fighting through the bugs and spiders to get to your stuff. I have been renting the space less than a year and my rate was raised. When I asked why the customer service rep told me " because you signed a contract saying we can raise your rate whenever we want". That is a quote you can listen to the recording. It was clean and well maintained as well as secure. Zach was very good to work with and always willing to answer questions. I would recommend to anyone looking for a unit. I will not hesitate to use them again if a need arises in the future.
They have been very helpful and easy to work with. I ran into an issue recently and they helped me resolve it, even offering me a couple of options in order to keep my unit. I really appreciated it. Nick was very nice and got it taken care of for me right away!
When we opened our new rental unit it was NOT cleaned out. There were several items in the unit and it smells like urine. We have not moved anything in AND are waiting for them to come remove the items and clean the unit.
My company rents four lockers from Lincoln location. It’s been years now and we have no complaints. They even offer other options that reduce our expenses. And personally, the employees I dealt with are awesome. I have no complaints and would recommend this Location to anyone
