I can’t stand this place. I called for weeks because the gate was stuck open, nobody ever answered. I come to pick stuff up today, and there’s a dumpster and other stuff blocking my unit?? And still, can’t contact anyone.
We have had a unit with them for 2 years. They have been great up until this past weekend. When we went to move our stuff out they had a combination lock on it we had a brinks lock on it. We had to call them to get the numbers for the lock. They said they found out unit without a lock in april so they put one on it. No one contacted us to tell us this. We open the door and our boxes are tossed all around crushed some were empty and stuff broke. Our couch had ashes on it and burn marks (we do not smoke) along with foot prints... read more
Very pleasant experience. Maranda was very professional and very helpful getting me into my unit.
The manager, Tahj has been wonderful to work with! There was an issue with my first locker, to which he mitigated within 24 hrs. No issues since. Everything was clean and easy to access. He is personable and takes pride in helping others.
