Helpful and friendly personnel. First time ever using a storage unit. They were very helpful in every step of the process and I needed a lot of help! Only thing I had a problem with was they didn't let you know up front that you have to purchase insurance and there is a first time fee which doubled the listed price. They need to make that know along with their prices upfront.
