From the on-line person I called that helped me reserve a specific storage location/spot for my boat to the storage location manager, everything was handled with ease and careful explanation. I was allowed to view the spot for my boat and quickly arrange a lease within literally minutes with the manager who was extremely helpful and gracious. Time was of the essence since my previous storage lease was expiring the next day and I needed another alternative quickly. I am so glad I called Extra Storage Space!
