I had negative experience at public storage but this extra space storage changed everything for me. Becca helped me and provided above and beyond customer service. I can't thank her enough. I'll definitely recommend Becca and extra space storage in Clearwater to everyone because! Great value! Excellent customer service.

Becca and Marcee yes the girls are very good very attentive. Customer service is excellent. They're the best you need to keep them here because we like to see the same faces. They are fantastic. I called to check availability at the Tarpon Springs location, Oscar was the first person that I spoke with, he was not able to accommodate us but did give us a location in Largo. He was very helpful & professional! I then spoke to Marcee' at the facility she was wonderful! She went above & beyond to help with our reservation. She sent pictures of the area where we would be storing our 5th wheel which made it crystal clear on where we'd be parking. Great place to rent a storage unit. I rented a climate controlled space for a year and it was very convenient, clean, easy to get in and out. Make sure you note the hours of operation (they are closed Sunday). Would rent a storage unit from them again for sure.
Great prices. After doing some comparing of storages in the area Clearwater storage has the best prices in town. Most storages require insurance, they have higher administrative fees and you have to buy their lock which adds up. Not so at Clearwater Storage. In addition most places hike up their rent after a few weeks of staying with them. We have been with them for several years and they rarely raise their rates. We love this place!
They are the greediest company I think I have ever dealt with . Someone paid for my storage as a gift for an extra month . I moved our Dec 29th . Storage was paid for through Jan 31 st . The owners kept the money refusing to give the original party their money back .the manager Donita is a liar and I am so very glad I never have to do business with them again . They seem desperate for money or just plain greedy . I would never ever recommend them to anyone !
