The manager was very polite, helpful, and efficient. We rented an outdoor space to store our motorhome and an indoor space to store some belongings we are not currently using. The facility was clean and looked well cared for and the price was right.

I've rented space at the 62nd St N Clearwater location for the past 5 years. When Extra Space became the owners, they made renovations to the property, including improved lighting inside - very helpful. Hours of access have also been expanded. I remain a very satisfied customer, and today had the pleasure of being assisted over the phone by Becca, who resolved a billing question for me. Misty took our phone call, she was super pleasant and was there waiting on us to arrive, I told her I was in a hurry. She did everything possible to expedite the process and make it easy. Need more workers like her, Give that girl a raise!

Husband and I have had a unit here since 2015 and they’ve always given excellent service. The building where our unit is is always so clean, The air movement is great, and you get no dust or mildew smells. We’ve been there for several hours, going through things and have never seen a single bug or critter inside or out. Their prices are very reasonable and I understand there are number of upgrades in the works. Marcee’ is always a pleasure to talk with and she’s ready to help in anyway.
