I found this Self Storage facility online and found it affordable compared to other self storage places. I made my reservation right then & there. When I arrived I met Rosa-staff person in the office. She was very cheerful, professional, polite and kind. I enjoyed meeting her, she explained everything easy to understand and the company's policies, along with their rates. If I need Extra storage space, I know where to go. I rented from this place on June 6, 2011. It is also known as A1 Hosmer Self Storage. Even though I arrived at the facility one minute prior to closing, the friendly saleslady took care of me. She took the time to help find a particular type of unit, certain location requirements (end of hall, etc) and walked over and showed me the unit. She gave a great price with a friendly attitude. Worst storage place ever......they lie ......they steel your money.... They brake there owns rules.....they let people live in there lockers ......they hand out warnings like candy .....no enforcement of rules......security camera's are a joke .....nothing in hallways ...... The worst customer service ever for a storage company. The husband thinks he can yell at you to get his point across. Not only did I drop a check for my storage before it was due because I was leaving town. He sent me a letter with a fee because he did not find it in the box until two days later. So he refused the check and said he knows because he checks it specifically himself. I told him its as simple as look at the cameras because I had been out of town.
