Quick storage solutions This facility was easy to locate. They offer a variety of types of storage spaces. The customer service agent was very helpful and the facility clean. My only criticism was that the agent did not have any carts or hand trucks. This struck me as odd for a storage facility. Fortunately, my space was near the door so I did not have to lug my phone hinges too far, but this could have been problematic if my space was located elsewhere.
So far, Ok. I found the location easy to access. The front desk service was excellent however this facility did not provide any kind of handcart for move-in. This is extremely unusual for a storage facility not to have any type of hand cards for customer move-in. This made my move-in more difficult than necessary. The unavailability of handcart should have been stated on their website or on the phone so that I could have made arrangements to bring help.
