I give it a 2 because I didn’t appreciate all the extra fees that they don’t tell you about. I expected to pay a certain amount of money and then found out that I will be paying more money a month for all these extra fees that they didn’t mention on the phone. They also said that their van rental was free and of course it wasn’t . Everyone there was very nice but they should be more up front with the fees.
