while our stuff was there for less than one month , our storage unit was infested with roaches. we had another unit next door at their other facility where the roof leaked into our unit. we spoke to the employees and managers, and they will not refund us any money even though we moved one of the units that was affected by water damage out 3 days after the month mark we were charged full price for the unit again. we asked for them to rectify the situation for , they call a pest exterminator out and told us we needed to pay f... read more
