Everyone was friendly and helpful The storage facility is clean and it was easy to unload my items into the unit. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Very clean and great support staff Ordered on line and the agent (Frank) was excellent in delineating the details to me. I subsequently went to the office and found the on property manager (Leah) to be fantastic in her assisting and explaining all the details of my unit and the facilty.

Fantastic This is my 2nd time at Uncle Bob's in Brewster NY. Matt is very kind and professional and he takes his job to a whole different level and makes everything very personal. He looks to help where he can and he genuinely cares for others.. I highly recommend this location.
