I had an awful experience at this storage facility. The place is not properly maintained, and it reeks of mold—very unpleasant and unhealthy. To make matters worse, a water pipe recently broke, and it was clear that it happened due to lack of upkeep. I heard from other rentals this isn’t the first time. When we first moved into this facility. The price was around $300. Now it is almost at $600 a month. And it seems that the price keeps going up every year. To make matters worse the facility was burglarized a couple of weeks ago where several people had stuff stolen from their storage units. And to my understanding nobody was notified by phone call about what had happened at least we were not. This is a great storage company. They have a fantastic website, that emaila you receipts. You have all your storage information on one website and the associates at the location Natasha and Nicole are friendly, easy going, and courteous. We actually moved all our storage needs from New York to out here to Life Storage because the location is so convenient with easy parking and 24 hour access.

I am a VIP customer which means i rent multiple spaces as I am in the business of property management. The building is Life Storage 262 in Southampton. Nicole who also manages Mariner drive is the person I do my business with here. She is always courteous and takes the time to call me back if I don't reach someone in the office. Most customers who are not here as often as I am assume there is always someone in the office. All the other 5 star reviews have said it all. Maxine is fantastic (at 99) and so is Nicole at 59. They go above and beyond to help. It's working with places and people like this that are all too rare these days. Great to find them and look forward to doing more business with them.
