I had an awful experience at this storage facility. The place is not properly maintained, and it reeks of mold—very unpleasant and unhealthy. To make matters worse, a water pipe recently broke, and it was clear that it happened due to lack of upkeep. I heard from other rentals this isn’t the first time. Not only that, but they keep raising their prices with no real justification. On top of all that, the security is questionable at best. When we first moved into this facility. The price was around $300. Now it is almost at $600 a month. And it seems that the price keeps going up every year. To make matters worse the facility was burglarized a couple of weeks ago where several people had stuff stolen from their storage units. And to my understanding nobody was notified by phone call about what had happened at least we were not.
