We have stored off and on at the East Hampton Life Storage, and now Extra Space, facility for several years. The manager, Ty Hook, has made the process a pleasure. He has consistently been available, helpful and expert in allocating the space we need, and setting up our accounts as we've come and gone. Thank you!

ZERO STARS. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE! if you happen to see some deals advertised for this storage space - BEWARE. THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RENT EXORBITANTLY ONCE YOU ARE IN. I had a unit there for years, it was Life Storage before, and last year they DOUBLED my rent, WITHOUT INFORMING ME. They just started taking double the money on auto pay. When I inquired they said it was a supply and demand thing and rates were not guaranteed. DOUBLE. With their new intro rates, your rate goes up but they won't tell you how much! ... read more
