So far my experience has been good, Sofia in customer service was very helpful and pleasant with helping me get my unit reserved and paid. And when I went in to the Hillandale location later, Nikki was very helpful, she called me after I had tried calling them and took care of me at that point and was really courteous and pleasant. Thanks to you both for making this a quick and pleasant experience!
