I see all these reviews from recent people and I might add that they do have a few newer people that are amazing, with great customer service however Carl is the absolute worst and he does not stand behind his mistakes or the mistakes of his team, he ignores them. I have had this storage for almost 3 years so most times I forget about it and pay 2 or 3 months at a time, however my rent has increased every 2 or 3 months since I've had it. The Extra Space Storage corporation decided to increase my storage fee from $126 per month to $206 per month without any notice. I contacted the office after my auto-payment was taken from my bank to gain insight on the transaction. I was informed that the company sent me a postcard, which I never received, stating that the fee would increase by $80.
