Shannon thinks you have to be on the phone to share live documents so that you can fill it out then and there. She is not aware how technology works. She also is not consciously aware of how her ability to not listen to customers can impact communication in a negative way. She cannot hear when someone is being complicit and is focuses on your frustrated tone and threatens to revoke your unit because she doesn’t like it. I see she has a lot of great reviews here. My fiancé and I just moved to Huntsville from Kennesaw, GA this weekend and got a unit here. I called the morning that we were leaving asked what time they closed to make sure we were gonna be leaving in more than enough time. We were supposed to be there around 4:30 when we left.
