I kept my extra stuff here for 2 years. I wasn't planning on keeping my stuff here for 2 years, it just happens like that. The rental process was easy and the security of the facility is topnotch. I had a basement unit and always felt safe, even when alone. Finally got rhe chance to empty it and after keeping my stuff there for 2 years, it is a little surreal to have all my stuff under one roof again and not refer to stuff in the storage. The storage is very clean but my review is based on my experience with Glen (sorry if I got the name wrong), he was the gentleman working in the office today 10/15. He is so nice and polite, very patient and he answered all our questions, it was such a pleasure to store my belongings here and to talk to Glen.
Went in and Sean helped us. Super helpful, polite & an absolute pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend using Extra Storage.
