Pros -- The space is always VERY clean, VERY organized. The elevator access is a bit tricky using the code, but once you get the hang of it, it works well and it gives you confidence that it is a good security mechanism. There are also security cameras all over the place. Once my security code didn't function so I needed help and I must say, the agents are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help. I came to deposit my load to the storage and could not get in. I just wanted to get in and unload my haul, I did not need to access administrative support or anything else of the kind. My beef with this establishment is that I just wanted to come in, maybe late, but I just needed to store my items. In other storage spaces I dealt with I could just come in the evening and store whenever I wished to. Sunday or not I expected the storage to be open till 7:00 PM, why close at 4:00 PM?
