Morgan is so welcoming when I walked in, she is very detailed when explaining all the information about the units the prices and store hours. She helped me with the information and made it very easy and helpful. She made it easy for me to decide on what size unit I would need and how to organize my unit so it would be easy for me to access the things I would use often. Thank you for all your help Morgan!
I saw an offer online, booked it and arrived to it being too small. On arrival, I discussed with Morgan working at the front desk who helped me upgrade to 2 at a fair price. They were perfect and everything was seamless. I got moved into my storage in one day.
I’ve always had an amazing experience in this storage!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. The staff is amazing! Samantha the general manager hooked us up and is always so kind! Morgan at the front desk is also very sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend this location. I’ve had storage before and it was a horrible experience. This location restored my faith. I recently moved into a new apartment that was atrociously small and I did some research before deciding to put my things in storage. The process felt like it was going to be overwhelming for me but once I met Sam that changed! Sam and the other staff were absolutely amazing at helping me transition my items into self storage and not only were they informative but very honest about everything in between. I highly recommend if I could give 10 stars I would !
