1/18/23 received notice that my unit was broken into (previous mgmt). 8/31/24 received a phone call that my unit was broken into (new mgmt). Since the new mgmt took over in July 2023, my rent has increased multiple times under the guise of added security, upgrades, and market. Yet, the same spray painted security cameras are still in place from the last robbery I was a victim of. Do they even work? Who knows. I moved in this almost a year ago and I love it. The staff is kind and always responsive especially when you need them. Thank you to Claude for always helping me out when I come with questions and concerns. Great management. Great prices and clean facility.
The store manager Johnathon is very courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond my expectations for moving into a new storage facility. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Although I am a new customer, the renting process was fast and informative. There were no hidden fees.
SERIOUSLY!!! AGAIN?!?! This is the 2nd break in in less than 6 months! I was just informed that the CAMERAS does not work at this site. This property isn't secure. All the corporation says is "Oh you didn't have insurance....there's nothing we can do." Why are we paying $200 just for someone to come in and take what they want???? They are overpriced and double your rent every 2 months under the false presentations of added security....BUT THE CAMERAS DONT WORK, there is a hole in the chain link fence.....WHERE IS THE AD... read more
Had a bad experience with another storage unit, so I let it affect my feelings with all storages. Had a miscommunication in the beginning but the manger Jonathan, did everything in his power to get it resolved. Once we got it all resolved was a better experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. Great service and the manager himself is the most respectful, professional manger I’ve dealt with in a while.
