We downgraded our storage unit to a smaller one. Mike took care of us and had everything sorted out. He is awesome!!! If we could give Mike 10 stars we would!!! Keep up the good work, Mike! We love this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone. - Spencer and Gwen

The entrance was BOARDED UP when we tried to put items in our storage unit. The back door to the facility was WIDE OPEN, letting heat and humidity into the "climate controlled" space as well as giving access to anyone who would want it. No notice about the access. Had to go rent a unit with UHaul to have a place to put our belongings that were already in a moving truck. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Apparently the rate I signed up with was promotional and they increased my monthly price by more than HALF. When I called last night to speak about it, Kay(or K) interrupted me, was extremely rude, and then hung up on me. No one can seem to explain to me exactly why my price has increased by $40 when they confirmed the going rate for my same unit is $75. They sent the price increase Via snail mail on a small white post card, which is PREDATORY. Do NOT rent with these people.

I decided to rent a 10x20 space the price wasn't bad, to me, at 199/month. I know it was a promo rate. What I did not realize is that they would increase our rate by $75/month within the first 3 months. When I called the local office, the guy could not have cared less or been less helpful.
