As with other commenters, yes, they increase the rent often. When inquiring about increases they said it will increase, but didn't say by how much or how often. These units are rat infested even with the rat traps you see outside. The ceiling is open the length of each building so its a free-for- all of rats. Everything must be sealed. If you have renters insurance I would check to see if it covers storage.
Mice problem in Woodland storage facility. My mouse traps have caught over 20+ mice. Was told when signing up that my $99 price was not introductory or temporary. Within 8 months the price has increased to $287/mo. Do not use this company.
If you're storing a vehicle there, be sure to get the insurance, which I don't recall being offered. We picked up our stored van, and the "check engine light" was on (but fortunately it started). Wires had been chewed by critters inhabiting under the hood and it cost more to fix than it did to store. So be sure to set your own traps, put in some sort of rodent repellant, or get the insurance. Bad Experience with storage and management.at the beginning when you moving ,they treat very nice with reasonable rent,once you are rented and trapped ,in every few months they will increase the rent.Finally you will be paying almost 4 to 5 times than the new rental.Also we can see rats and residue all over business.Lastly if someone looking storage definitely not this one.Look somewhere else.
