So far this place gets full stars because I have no had issues just yet. I did hear some things but I can only go based off of my personal experience. Yes the rate changes after 3 months, but I found this out because when I saw it was a promotional price, I asked questions and they disclosed everything about the price changing. Maybe they SHOULD let people know in advance, but it is PROMOTIONAL, so common sense should be used whenever you pay ANY monthly fee..promotions expire. This place is very clean. DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE. Had the unit for 3 months with no mention of a "promotional rate" they hiked my unit's price up by 100%. When I go to my original email to find the lease agreement I get an error code (how convenient). These people are absolute crooks...they will bait you with a false price and then double it whenever they feel like it.
