Yesterday, I rented a unit at Extra Space Storage--Unit B220--and the next day, I rented a U-Haul and took a day off work to move. When I was on the road to the storage--5 minutes before arriving--I got a call from a person named Susan, who told me they were painting the gate and that I couldn't enter. So I couldn't access the unit, and I would only be able to do so tomorrow. She suggested I leave the vehicle with all my belongings in the middle of the street, where there are no cameras. Unfortunately, the location being next to the freeway brings the homeless folks to live in this zone. I decided not to rent there as there appears to be homeless people using the units as housing. Some as little business swapping their wares. Thought I was in Tijuana.
