My Son is storing many items here. A surprise divorce created an urgent need!! A couple of job issues sales and etc made things difficult. Needless to say James was SO very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this Business!!!

Today I went in to get some boxes since I'm moving and the manager helped me get my boxes to my car and was super friendly. 10/10 customer service. I will be back for my moving needs and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

SCAM...priced jumped almost 50% w/o any notification...if I didn't catch this, they would have continued to "rape" me...go ELSEWHERE...please

This used to be a good independent storage facility, and then Extra Space purchased it and now it's being run into the ground. Front gate has been broken for weeks. Obnoxious, but I can get past that, there's another entrance that can be accessed. But now the indoor facility ELEVATOR IS BROKEN and has been out of service all week. I went today because I need to get items out of my 2nd and 3rd story units to use for work tomorrow and the elevator is still broken.
