I love this Extra Space storage! Their customer service is always amazing!!! Their rates are very reasonable! It is also very safe and clean which I love! If you are looking for a convenient new storage place this is it.

They raise the rent like 3 times what you paid in beginning. The manager Alberto is a complete bully who is so rude. He would just yell over me so I could not even talk to him. He hung up on the phone with him numerous times. I have no idea why they would have anyone working with the public like that. Bad management. I moved out 2 weeks ago and they never gave me back any money for the days I had left.
