I’ve never rented a storage unit before and I chose life storage because of the convenience of the closeness to my home. I was so confused when I went into the office, but those behind the desk were so helpful and walked me through the entire process. Even took me inside to the unit, and show me how to operate the keys. I am so appreciative of the easy process. If you’re looking for a storage location, the one on Atchley is the best. The customer service excellent. And the storage units are clean and secure.
Kurt was amazing helping us to secure the perfect size for our storage needs. The location is ideal, the office & facility are neat & clean. We wanted a large cool unit for our belongings & this facility was exactly what we were looking for. Customer service was above & beyond!
Our club moved our equipment and supplies into a 10x15 locker at Extra Space Storage in October from a storage facility that had gone down hill very quickly in 2024. We were at the old storage facility for over 5 years and had also outgrown the 10x10 space we rented. Our new, larger storage locker at Extra Space Storage is well lit, clean and has floor dollies close by for our members to use when picking up and dropping off equipment.
