Brad was awesome! Love Extra Space, quick and easy service will recommend to others! Storage space was clean and easy.
The place is clean help is nice. Can't use restroom because it's always locked and waiting for a plumber that never materializes over a week so far. So you have to load all your stuff back into the unit and lock it up to drive off the property to use a restroom. This is the 4th time I've had to put up with this bs and will move to a different company asap. I'm done with it all. Not to mention the homeless tent encampment in the immediate area and every time it happens , units are broken into so that will happen once again.... read more
I really hoped this was a storage facility with better business practices than some others, but it has the same slimy practices as public storage or other notoriously shady ones do. After a few months, they raised my rent by $100 (about a 65% increase from one month to the next) citing market rate changes and a promotional rate ending. I didn't sign up using a 3-month promotional rate. I just used the "online rate" that they compare to the in-store rate which in no way implies that the rate is temporary.
