clean. someone always available. good customer service. efficient use of property—as in—always a a little flat bed roller for use by the elevators… easy and secure access. I took off one star for the increase in price… felt significant for the 5x5 space we had. 4 stars for cleanliness, property, convenience and customer service!
Michael was extremely helpful helping my husband and I find a storage unit for a reasonable price in West Seattle! He made the process super easy and we walked away with our unit in under 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and reasonable with all the questions we had.
Mike was extremely helpful with the entire process from quoting a price, showing me the unit and making sure I was able to use my code for entry along with lock. Customer service was excellent! The only downside was they would only guarantee the monthly fee for 3 months.
Absolutely fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage! Jonathan went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit. He was incredibly communicative and took the time to show me the space and answer all my questions. His customer service was top-notch, making the whole rental process a breeze. Highly recommend this location and ask for Jonathan – he's the best!
Honestly this was the easiest and quickest process I’ve had during my entire moving process. I was searching online and filled out the application. I ended up not completing it and ending up calling after deciding it was my best option for my situation. When I called Micheal was very friendly and quick to help. He even had all of my information ready and set up. Upon arrival, I met Micheal in person and he was even more pleasant and eager to help. I really appreciate how smooth he made this process for me. 10/10!
