We rented from the Extra Space Storage facility on Robinhood Road in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Rates were best when one pays upfront for the anticipated duration so that rental increases are not accrued. Personnel are professional, helpful, and polite. I left our unit unlocked once because I did not slide the bolt closed prior to locking the keyed lock. Staff phoned me and corrected the problem, as I was a 4-hour drive away.
