Rebecca was so helpful in answering my questions, but all the staff at each location I’ve dealt with have been absolutely wonderful. I mainly talk to Sarah and Corbin at the bold Staples Mills location but when I have called sometimes the other offices are manning their calls and every single person I have spoken with has been above and beyond. I highly recommend Extra Space as a great place for storage needs!
Great service I walked in needing assistance for a move at the end of the month, and I was not only greeted politely, but Rebecca toward me around the facility and also gave pointers on how to properly store my items While making the experience personable
Very clean and secure facility. Breezeway makes it nice to unload and stay dry when it’s raining. Only complaint is the tight right turn from the security keypad. All in all a great storage facility for a reasonable price.
