The place is very clean and well lit. The gentleman at the front counter was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He showed us the exact unit we would be renting which we did on the spot. Price is very good for a fist time customer. Had to pay up front for the first 4 months. He made sure that our gate code worked before letting us leave. It was by far a very pleasant experience.
Have had a storage unit there for 9+ years. The current manager, Seth, is very responsive. The new entry and exit doors are a great improvement - very quick entry and exit. The facility has always been reasonably well maintained, but it seems like extra attention is being given to housekeeping.
Seth at Life Storage provided absolutely amazing customer service! He made the entire storage rental process incredibly convenient and easy, all without needing to step foot into the office. The facility itself is fantastic—convenient drive-in access and impeccably clean. Seth went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Seth did an excellent job handling my issue today. Been a customer since 2018 with renting a larger storage unit prior to our present one.
