Seth and the team at this location are awesome! They always go above and beyond to help and it means a lot. Great customer service and good people at this location. I've also always felt safe and like my belongings are safe here.
The place is very clean and well lit. The gentleman at the front counter was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He showed us the exact unit we would be renting which we did on the spot. Price is very good for a fist time customer. Had to pay up front for the first 4 months. He made sure that our gate code worked before letting us leave. It was by far a very pleasant experience.
Have had a storage unit there for 9+ years. The current manager, Seth, is very responsive. The new entry and exit doors are a great improvement - very quick entry and exit. The facility has always been reasonably well maintained, but it seems like extra attention is being given to housekeeping.
