Nicole and Shanell are incredible with customer service. They made sure that I only got charged for one month since I would be in and out before 30 days elapsed. You have to be clear of that is your intent. But once you do, they take care of you. Super secure. Very nicely temperature controlled.
My husband was there today helping a customer move his items to storage and Joshua and Shanelle were both very kind and very helpful. Great customer service and nice clean place. If you need storage in Ft Lauderdale you need to check them out.
Kaitlyn and Nicole were super professional and helpful! After an exhausting move in day and finding out that our couch did not fit in our apartment, Nicole and Kaitlyn were quick to help us get a great deal for a storage unit. Highly recommend!
