Have to downgrade the previous 4* review! I went to check on my wine locker and remove a few bottles and noticed that the climate gauge was reading 62F and 28% humidity! That is too warm and too dry! I spoke with the front desk staff and they let me know that Management won't do anything about it and they told the front desk to just to deal with the customer complaints, supposedly they let it get above 70F during the summer according to the desk staff, which is ridiculous. Emptied out my lockers and moved somewhere else!
