Assistant Shawn Howe was great from giving me price ranges, to letting me the different sizes, I was even able to get a unit the same day. Made the process easy.

Very happy, very clean, feels secure, looks like they have pest control with outside pest boxes. Jenny in the office has been super! Well pleased!

It was a very easy process. Drew the manager showed me some units and helped me decide the best size for what I was storing. The cost was reasonable and the facility was very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for storage options.

Avoid this storage facility and find more secure storage facilities which are nearby. Our storage unit was broken into last week and thieves made off with valuable and irreplaceable belongings. This happened due to Management's gross negligence and the fact that this storage facility utilizes substandard "chicken wire" that can be easily cut through rather than "burglar bars". I was told that I rented a 10 ft X 5 ft unit. When I started ti move in the unit was 9.6 ft x 3.8 ft unit. Then within 2 months they raised the rent by $20.

The Extra Space Storage in Naples on Useppa Street off of Immokalee across the street from the Walmart is the absolute WORST place in the world to rent a storage space. You would be better off leaving your valuables on the side of the road on I-75. They deserve ZERO stars and that's what I would give them. They LIE like a Persian rug and don't know anything about anything related to their business or procedures, because they really don't have any!!! Buyer beware!!! They took me for over $1,000!!!
