Customer Service is excellent. ExtraSpace on Spencer Plains Road in old Saybrook is perfect. It is well lit, everything feels safe, the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The only thing that would make it more perfect if it was just a little closer to my house. The storage companies closer to me are not as nice, so this is worth it.
