When an issue arose with my account credit falling through the cracks, she took the time to track it down and confirm it was properly applied. She was thoughtful and made sure everything went smoothly. The facility itself is always clean, well-lit, and secure. I lite Extra Space Storage because they have great customer service. The staff are very welcoming. They are friendly, caring and very helpful.they make you feel at home. The staff are also professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and was very patient and understanding in making sure that I understand the answers to the questions I asked. They treat you like family.
