This facility is immaculate. I’ve had furniture, boxes of houseware and personal belongings there since 2020 and everything is exactly as they were when I first stored them. Shana is an amazing manager. She’s professional, friendly and understanding. She put me at ease several times over the last 6 years. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Old Saybrook, CT!

Business response:

Clean, well maintained and right off the exit 66 Rt 95 Spencer Plains Rd. Old Saybrook Ct. It has three levels each with an entrance, ample parking, and many easy to push dollies for moving your stuff into and out of the elevator. What sets this place apart from any other storage facility is its personnel. Shana who I have interacted with multiple times is helpful, kind, knowledgeable and completely upfront about any costs involved with renting the units. She is a gem.

Business response:

Daniel, we are thrilled to hear your praise for our clean facility and Shana's exceptional service. Thank you for highlighting our convenient location and helpful amenities.
