excellent The manager at that location was awesome He answered all my questions and was very pleasant. I have had other storage units at other companies and customer service was not that good. It is hard these days to get a good customer service experience.
24 hour access puts life storage on top! The 24 hour access is a must for someone with a job that works the type of hours I do. Are you gentlemen that checked me into my unit it was friendly explained everything to me and my experience has been great so far.
Reliable Employees sounded, acted like they wanted to be there and help you in every way possible to make your move in efficient and comfortable. =)

Great place! Initially walking into the office my 1st impression was, this place is spotless! I was immediately greeted by Tim, the customer-service rep and his friendlyness was outstanding along with his knowledge of the site and the insurance information that I needed. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.
