Easy to get to, immaculate throughout facility, very secure, very happy with unit. I do not have much experience with storage units but I cannot imagine a better place for our things. We went on a Saturday, filled out the paper work which probably took less than 10 minutes. Man helping us was extremely friendly and informative. He gave us a tour of the facility and showed us our unit. I could not believe how clean this place was. I even asked him if it was a new facility. Over all experience was okay but.. Everything was excellent except for the fact that my gate code didn’t work and office was closed for that weekend. Now instead of having 2 weekends to move out I only have 1 so it made it a lot more complicated than it should have. Customer service hotline was not use as they couldn’t help me. Frustrating experience but as soon as Monday came the lady at the storage unit was amazing at helping and got it worked out.
