AMAZING SERVICE! I had Sebastian over the phone and Paul in the store. They both were extremely helpful. Paul knows I lost all my belongings to the hurricane and Paul tried to save me as much money as possible. I currently have three units here and I would not go anywhere else. Paul even came out to help put my jet ski inside the unit. I’ve went to many storage units, and by far the customer service is the best here! Thank you so much guys!!
I have been using this facility for many years off and on, it occasionally changed names, but the service has always been exceptional. Paul is extremely helpful, will always try to give you the best available deal and it’s nice to work with the same person even after a company name change. The units, as well as the whole facility is extra clean. The company’s communication with their customers, coming or going, is way above average for any kind of company nowadays!! Thank you for yet another pleasant experience!!
I've used extra space storage a couple separate times over the years and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've used two different facilities and both are safe and clean. The price got a little out of my budget so I had to make other accommodations and move out of my storage recently but I would recommend extra space storage.
I used this storage facility for about 5 years. The customer service is great!!! Very clean, surveillance (very safe), easy access, and the facility is clean. You can't go wrong using the facility for storage.
I had a great experience with this location, formally Life Storage. Most Storage units I've had in the past have bad issues with bugs, BUT not with this location, I was there 2+ years. Office staff (Paul) have always be very On top of Everything. I would return there if ever needed. 10 star's
