I have been using this facility for many years off and on, it occasionally changed names, but the service has always been exceptional. Paul is extremely helpful, will always try to give you the best available deal and it’s nice to work with the same person even after a company name change. The units, as well as the whole facility is extra clean. The company’s communication with their customers, coming or going, is way above average for any kind of company nowadays!! Thank you for yet another pleasant experience!!

I've used extra space storage a couple separate times over the years and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've used two different facilities and both are safe and clean. The price got a little out of my budget so I had to make other accommodations and move out of my storage recently but I would recommend extra space storage.

I used this storage facility for about 5 years. The customer service is great!!! Very clean, surveillance (very safe), easy access, and the facility is clean. You can't go wrong using the facility for storage.

I was able to find the unit quickly after the storm and the Extra Space Storage team took great care of me and my things. All around a great experience from the manager and staff to the ease of use of the facilities! Thanks!!

Everything was really smooth and the customer service was top notch. Only complaint I have is when I moved into a unit that wasn't a true full unit. Got the unit for a discount because it was smaller than true size. Later they told me I would have to pay full price because the "promotional" credit had ended. Besides that, I would return just because the guys were REALLY helpful and very accommodating.
