If I could give this location a negative 5 I would. I went back to this storage until because I used them before in the past. 8yrs ago it was nice, no bugs but maybe spiders. The doors weren't always broken. I was renting for 3 years and they didn't go up multiple times on rent. Now this location is ghetto. The door is always broken, it's infested with bugs and they went up twice in rent in one year. I was paying $89 for 10x7 unit the first time it went up. Nothing like showing up with furniture to have zero carts and a broken elevator. Carrying furniture across the place and up the stairs is fun. THERE ARE NEVER ANY CARTS. ANYWHERE. And the elevator is ALWAYS broken one way or another. (One time I had to push the button about 200 times over and over while it moved 1/2" each time). It's a storage place so whatever, but there's cob webs everywhere and the 2nd floor ground is really muddy. It also REEKED of pot. I'm overly disappointed in this company. I rented a space from them on 6/16/2025 that was occupied once I got there and I had only made and paid for the reservation 20mins before arriving with U-Haul truck because the space I had rented at a different location was too small. Secured another space at a different location before leaving there. it's been almost a month and still haven't received my refund. I've made 2 phone attempts and 1 in person and the matter still isn't resolved
