I've have been here for approx five years, have two units, and had '0' problems. Ms. Kathy, 'Chief of Staff' keeps the place very clean there and is an exceptional person to work with. Security fences are all around this complex, w/camera's and "bait stations" (for all kinds of critters) and there is the electronic gate which to my knowledge has never had a failure. There is a new management company there now in charge which has changed some of the old rules and procedures, so everyone is now getting used to new hours, rules... read more
