We recently had a disappointing experience at Extra Space Storage in Sandy Springs. My brother is a teacher and we were moving classroom materials and furniture into storage while he transitions to a new school for the upcoming year. We began moving around 7 PM and, because there were only two of us handling large and heavy items, the process took longer than expected.
