Rhonda was the perfect manager. She went thru my history to make sure we were on same page. Very efficient and cordial. Set us up on auto pay again very easily. She then worked diligently to get the lock off our unit . She worked really hard and dutifully to get a very tough lock off the unit I was very impressed with her commitment to this task. The customer services that was given was amazing! The rep that I worked with name was Raven! She was full of information, she never left one questioned unanswered. She went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with the services and the unit that I chose. She even stayed after work just to make sure that I was ok and didn't need any help. Top notch customer service! Raven was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She made it an easy choice to use Life Storage over the other competitors. Great attitude and was able to answer all of my questions. Definitely will be referring everyone to her.
