We have rented two units at the Bellini Dr, Hutto address for 3 years. Today we moved out of both of them. The young gentleman (I believe his name is Dillon) that helped me finalize the move out was the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in any business. Those low rates are just a bait & switch. Probably why they changed their name. I was told the rate I was signing up for was valid for a year. What they DID NOT tell me was I had to pay a year’s rental fees in advance to KEEP that rate. I did not know until the rate doubled & I called. When they finally told me about the year advance, I offered to pay right then. NOPE. I asked for a copy of my rental agreement because the one originally emailed to me was an invalid link now, of course. Never got the contract. “Computer down”... read more
