This storage place is a scam. I signed up 3/4 months ago for a unit at $56. I offered to pay the 15 months up front. They told me it was best to go on auto draft and just pay it month to month. Month 4 they increased my rent for $56 to $112. They Doubled the rent. I called up and they said they couldn't do anything about it that month and they had sent a post card that was folded up in the mail that I never received. Don't bother getting their insurance they won't do anything to help u if an item gets damaged by the condensation from ac pipes . Had mold on a leather couch from condensation, had insurance, paid for it and they denied sending someone out to professionally clean my couch. They stated in fine print along lots of other sneaky statements, that there was not a FLOOD-in my unit therefore they won't do anything. Useless to pay the extra money for insurance.
