Mycael’s always super nice and always tries to say hi even when she’s cleaning, always keeps the property clean and welcoming.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well maintained. Easily transferred t9 a smaller unit after clearing out a lot of things to donate and it was a very easy process.
Ease of access and proximity makes this the best place for me. Michael is always very helpful and professional.
The start of this rental is what is causing this score. I was forced to buy a lock when purchased on line. There is nothing that allows to decline the lock becauseI had my own. I put my own lock on the unit. But that was a waist of 19.99 plus tax. For something that was not needed.
Got my storage unit with no troubles and it was even easier to close it out when I was done needing it. Claudia at the San Antonio Marbach location was very helpful and I recommend this particular location because of her assistance and knowledge.
