Darrel was excellent and guided me thru entire process. Did not rush the rental and more importantly did not try to sell me more than I needed.

While the staff is friendly and helpful. The constant change in rates and quick lock out is garbage. They say, they send notifications...which aren't "delivered or received".
I have had two storage spaces here, one for over tens years and the other for about seven years. The roll up door fell down when I was opening it and almost injured me. It took them over a month to fix the door, during which time I had no access to my unit. They offered no compensation. When the door feel it damaged a piece of my property, but although it was clearly caused by poor maintenance they refused to compensate me for the damage and said it was not their responsibility and that the tenant assumes all risk.
