Jasmine and Carla were super nice, and very attentive to our customer’s needs. The buildings are newer, and nice and clean. They definitely have more carts available the Public Storage, although the carts themselves are not in great shape. Overall, a much better alternative than Public Storage, who are not nice people and don’t care at all about their customers.
I absolutely LOVED my experience with renting a storage unit, with Ms. Shawn and Extra Space Storage! Wonderful customer service, a more wonderful smile every time I see her, and a very clean storage facility. Definitely telling my friends and family to rent here every chance I get.! I had 3 emergency surgeries and all the manager cared about was the money i owed and spent a month in the hospital because right after the surgeries, i had a bad infection show up and i was forced to leave the leave the hospital to move my stuff out of the storage unit. I had to beg friends to help because i couldn't do anything because of my surgeries. They didn't care, they either wanted money or move out. We were greeted today by Rich. He was fantastic. Extremely helpful from beginning to end from showing us our unit and getting everything we needed together for our move. The facility was clean and highly recommended.
Ms. Diamond was super helpful with a very stressful situation. She stayed over and ensured that it was resolved. Amazing customer service.
