Rich Petruska was more than helpful and very patient and friendly on the phone while helping me find the right unit to rent at the Kuykendahl location. He left the office to measure the width of the elevator door for me and sent me a schematic of the layout of the unit locations reflecting proximity to front gate, elevator and unloading area. Diamond Haggerty was amazing today. Love her personality and performance at her job. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at storage units.
Jasmine and Carla were super nice, and very attentive to our customer’s needs. The buildings are newer, and nice and clean. They definitely have more carts available the Public Storage, although the carts themselves are not in great shape. Overall, a much better alternative than Public Storage, who are not nice people and don’t care at all about their customers.
We were greeted today by Rich. He was fantastic. Extremely helpful from beginning to end from showing us our unit and getting everything we needed together for our move. The facility was clean and highly recommended.
Overall great service and outstanding customer services, all needs & very professional. Thank you to Diamond Haggerty for doing everything that needs to be done and going the extra mile for us today
